Refund policy

30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Contact us at lifewithadv@gmail.com or through the form at lifewithadv.com/pages/contact before sending anything back. We will confirm the return and send you the return address. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Who pays return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, we cover shipping in both directions.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can put it right.

3-year warranty
The sprayer kit carries a 3-year warranty. If a part fails within that period, we ship the replacement immediately and cover shipping both ways. You do not need to send the old part back first.

Items that cannot be returned
Gift cards are not returnable. Custom or personalised items are not returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without giving a justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will let you know once your return has arrived and been inspected, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at lifewithadv@gmail.com.
