Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders leave here in 1–2 business days. Everything is built and packed by one person in Michigan, so if something is going to take longer than that, you will hear from us directly.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

International orders
We ship to Canada and worldwide. International customers pay shipping at cost, calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charge.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays in their network are outside our control.

Warranty shipments
If a part fails under warranty, we cover shipping in both directions and send the replacement immediately. You do not wait for the old part to reach us first.
